Along with being super easy to register for events, we’ve made sure that it’s easy for you to manage and export your registrations too.
Viewing Registrations
There are two places that you can view registrations for your events, either on the “Registrations” page, or on the “All Events” page.
Registrations Page
The Registrations page shows a list of all registrations across all of your events combined. They are ordered chronologically from when the registration occurred. You can manage a registration by clicking on the name.

All Events Page
On the All Events page, registrations are grouped on a per-event basis. If your events are being displayed in a list, then hover over an event and click the “Manage Registrations” link to see a list of all registrations for that event.

If you’re viewing events in the event card (grid) view, then you’ll see a short list of recent registrations for each event, and then can click the “Manage Registrations” button to view all.

Managing Registrations
Once you have clicked “Manage Registrations” for a specific event, you’ll be taken to the Registration Details page where you can view, edit, add, delete, or export your events.

Add a New Registration
To add a new registration, click the “Add New” button at the top of the table.

You can then fill out the details for the attendee registration you’d like to add, such as their name, email, and number of guests. Then click “Create”.

Editing a Registration
To edit an existing registration, just hover over the name and click “Manage”.

This will show a popup modal with all of the registration details which can be edited. If the user is a WordPress user on your site then it will also show their profile information, along with any other registrations to other events that they have.

Update any relevant fields and then click “Save Changes”.
Deleting a Registration
To delete an existing registration, hover over the name and click “Delete”.

You can also bulk delete by using the checkboxes to select the registrations you no longer want and then clicking the “Delete Selected” button.

Exporting Registrations
To export a list of all of the registrations for an event, click the “Export (.csv)” button at the top of the table.

This will generate a .csv file which you can open or import in other tools.
The format of the generated .csv file is as follows:
