Event Genius AI

When you choose to use Event Genius AI, Event Genius sends information necessary to perform your request to our cloud service and artificial intelligence service providers.

Depending on the feature, this information may include:

  • instructions you provide to Event Genius AI;
  • event titles, descriptions, summaries, dates, and other event settings;
  • relevant information about available forms, venues, organizers, registration options, or templates; and
  • basic technical information needed to process the request.

Event Genius AI is currently designed to work with event setup and configuration information. We do not intentionally send attendee registration records or payment information to our AI provider as part of the event setup feature. Future AI features may require different information; if that changes materially, we will update this policy and the applicable product disclosures.

We currently use OpenAI to provide artificial intelligence processing. OpenAI states that data submitted through its API is not used to train its models by default unless the API customer explicitly opts in. OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for service operation and abuse monitoring, subject to its applicable policies and retention settings.

Your Event Genius license key, Event Genius authentication token, and OpenAI API credentials are not sent to the AI model as part of the prompt.

AI-generated output is returned to your WordPress site for review. Event Genius does not automatically publish AI-generated event settings on your behalf.
