Yes. Event Genius gives you an attendee management area where you can view registrations for each event. It supports the whole event life cycle from publishing an event, accepting registrations, sending out reminder emails, checking guests in, and then reviewing attendance.
Yes. You can manually add attendee details to any event. The plugin offers a smart email matching feature so that you can connect the registration to a WordPress user as well.

Yes. You can make changes to any registration after it's submitted. Event Genius supports admin only fields for you to make notes as well.
You can also allow attendees to make their own edits to a registration. You can create a dedicated "My registrations" page or widget. After registering, the "Register" button for an event becomes a button to "Manage" where a registrant can edit, cancel, complete payment, and review their submitted details.
Yes. Event Genius can allow attendees to cancel registrations through secure links when self-cancellation is enabled.
In the paid pro version, registrants can cancel with by revisiting the event page and clicking a "Manage Registration" button that appears in place of the button to register.
