How Event Genius Started
Event Genius didn’t start as a brand new idea. It grew from years of building and supporting Registrations for The Events Calendar, a plugin that adds event registrations to The Events Calendar.
As that plugin grew, many customers asked for a complete event management plugin that didn’t rely on another calendar plugin. They wanted one solution for creating events, accepting registrations, collecting payments, managing attendees, and communicating with participants. They also wanted a bloat-free plugin that had the same level of high-quality support and reliability that was experienced with Registrations for the Events Calendar.
Those conversations became the foundation for Event Genius.
