WordPress Experience

Craig spent more than ten years at Smash Balloon, where he worked in customer support, software development, product management, and company leadership. That experience shaped how he approaches building products and supporting customers.

Building Event Plugins

Craig first created Registrations for The Events Calendar to help WordPress users collect registrations for their events.

Over time, many customers asked for a complete event management plugin that could manage both events and registrations in one place. Those requests led directly to Event Genius.

Craig continues to lead the design and development of both plugins while working closely with customers to guide future improvements.
