No Cookies by Default
The plugin does not use cookies by default. This helps minimize data collection and simplifies compliance with privacy regulations, including GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.
Data Storage and Access
All data, including user registration information, is stored entirely on your own servers. The plugin does not transmit or share data with any third parties, ensuring complete control and confidentiality.
User Data Deletion
To support data subject rights under GDPR, all registration data can be completely and permanently deleted using the plugin’s built-in user interface. This enables you to fulfill user requests for data erasure with ease and transparency.
To permanently delete any information for a user who has registered for an event, follow these steps:
1. Go to Events > Registrations. This will show a list of all users who have registered for an event.
2. Use the “Search” box on the right hand side to find the user you wish to delete.
3. Hover over the user and select the “Delete” option.
4. Click “Confirm” in the confirmation modal.
This permanently deletes the registration record. If the user has registered for several events then you may need to do this multiple times.
